Adelaide will become mission control for the world’s space industry this September.
More than 3000 space industry delegates from around the world will jet into Adelaide for the International
Astronautical Congress at the Adelaide Convention Centre from the 25th to the 29th of September, 2017.
The heads of the world’s major space agencies, senior space engineers, academics, major corporations,
government policy makers, students and global media will join around 200 astronauts at the event.
City of Adelaide Lord Mayor Martin Haese said the space industry was an integral part of Adelaide’s growing
reputation as an international hub of innovation and investment.
